These Terms of Service govern your use of the BotanicLab website (botaniclab.store) and our plant nursery and home delivery services. BotanicLab is a registered plant nursery operating from D7, Ring Road, Near Pantaloons Store, Block D, South Extension II, New Delhi 110049, India. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
BotanicLab provides plant nursery and home delivery services including indoor plants, outdoor plants, rare and exotic plants, succulents, terrariums, pots, planters, and gardening accessories. All services are provided to customers in South Delhi and NCR.
2. Orders and Payments
- All plant orders are placed via WhatsApp and confirmed by our team
- Prices are confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp
- Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery
- Orders are subject to plant availability at the time of order
3. Delivery
BotanicLab provides home delivery across South Delhi and NCR. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM. BotanicLab takes all reasonable care in packaging plants for safe delivery.
4. Plant Care Responsibility
BotanicLab provides plants in healthy condition at the time of delivery. After delivery, the care and maintenance of plants is the responsibility of the customer. BotanicLab provides free plant care advice via WhatsApp to help customers maintain their plants.
5. Limitation of Liability
BotanicLab's liability is limited to the value of the plant order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the condition of plants after delivery.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
